Jora Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Company Driver to transport management personnel, clients and visitors to scheduled locations in Penang and beyond. You will plan efficient routes, assist with airport transfers, maintain daily vehicle inspections, and keep accurate travel logs while upholding safety and confidentiality.
The role requires a valid Class D driving license, 2–3 years of experience, a clean record, and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.

This role involves safely transporting management personnel, clients, and visitors to and from designated locations, ensuring punctual pick-up and drop-off according to scheduled appointments, meetings, and business trips. You will assist in airport transfers and transportation arrangements for company guests and clients, plan and select efficient travel routes to avoid delays and ensure timely arrival, and conduct daily inspections of company vehicles to ensure they are in good and safe operating condition.
Key responsibilities
Safely transport management personnel, clients, and visitors to and from designated locations
Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off according to scheduled appointments, meetings, and business trips
Assist in airport transfers and transportation arrangements for company guests and clients
Plan and select efficient travel routes to avoid delays and ensure timely arrival
Conduct daily inspections of company vehicles to ensure they are in good and safe operating condition
Maintain cleanliness and presentability of the vehicle at all times
Monitor fuel levels, vehicle servicing schedules, road tax, insurance, and maintenance requirements
Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or maintenance issues immediately
Deliver and collect company documents, parcels, and other items as assigned
Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and travel logs
About you
Possess a valid Malaysian driving license (Class D)
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Company Driver or Personal Driver to Management
Good knowledge of routes within Penang and other states in Malaysia
Good driving record with no major traffic offences
Responsible, trustworthy, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality
Willing to follow the Management's schedule and work according to the Management's requirements
Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and public holidays when required
Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies
Practice safe and defensive driving at all times
Maintain a high standard of personal conduct and customer service
