Job summary

Yik Loong Air-Cond Sdn Bhd – Puchong New Village is seeking a reliable driver to transport management to meetings and official destinations in Klang Valley. You will plan routes, handle despatch tasks, and maintain records with confidentiality.

The ideal candidate holds a valid Class D license, has prior driver experience, and can work flexible hours including holidays. Candidates should be physically fit and discreet, with a strong sense of professionalism.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driving license with a clean record.
• Proven experience as a personal or company driver preferred.
• Familiar with Klang Valley routes.
• High integrity and professionalism.
• Punctual, reliable and time-conscious.
• Physically fit and able to undertake basic despatch tasks.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely transportation for management to meetings and official/personal destinations.
• Plan routes to ensure punctuality.
• Perform despatch duties: deliver/collect documents, parcels, items to banks, clients, stakeholders.
• Handle confidential documents with discretion.
• Maintain accurate trip, mileage, fuel, and despatch records.
• Ensure vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and serviced regularly.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and arrange maintenance when needed.
• Comply with traffic laws and company policies.
• Be available for overtime, standby duties, or irregular hours.
• Assist with ad-hoc errands as required.

• Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and serviced regularly.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and responsible for the cleanliness, upkeep, and overall condition of the assigned vehicle, including arranging and sending the vehicle for routine maintenance, servicing, and necessary repairs in a timely manner.
• Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Be available for overtime, standby duties, or irregular working hours as required by the management.
• Assist with ad-hoc errands or tasks as assigned.
