About the role

🔶 Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport family members to and from various destinations, including scheduled meetings, appointments, and general errands.

• Manage and record daily trip logs, including school drop-offs/pick-ups and business meeting transfers.

• Plan and execute optimal travel routes using real-time traffic applications (e.g., Waze, Google Maps) to ensure punctuality and reduce travel time.

• Adjust to last-minute schedule changes and handle unexpected itinerary updates efficiently.

• Demonstrate strong proficiency in operating and handling vehicles.

• Oversee all aspects of vehicle serviceability:

  • Refueling

  • Scheduling routine maintenance and servicing

  • Ensuring road tax, insurance, and documentation are up to date

  • Maintaining vehicles in clean, immaculate, and ready-to-use condition

• Approach the role with a genuine passion for vehicles and a commitment to keeping them in peak condition.

• Perform any assigned ad hoc tasks as required.

🔶 Qualifications & Requirements

• Must possess a valid Malaysian driving license.

• Proven professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate or private family setting.

• Responsible, trustworthy, and punctual.

• Able to maintain high levels of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and strict adherence to all safety regulations.

• Willing to work 5.5 days per week (Mon–Fri 8am–5pm, Sat 8am–1pm).
