Jora Malaysia is seeking a Personal Driver to support the Director with safe, reliable, and punctual transportation. You will maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling business and personal travel in luxury vehicles.

Key duties include driving to meetings and events, ensuring timely arrivals, keeping the vehicle in top condition, and coordinating servicing as needed. Flexible hours and discretion are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Possess valid Malaysian driving licence.
• 1+ year of experience as a Personal/Executive/Company Driver.
• Experience driving luxury cars (Mercedes, Alphard, Velar).

Responsibilities

• Drive the Director to meetings, airports, events, and other destinations.
• Ensure punctuality and safety for all appointments.
• Keep the Director's vehicle clean, fueled, and well-maintained.
• Conduct regular checks on tyres, oil, lights, brakes and fluids.
• Arrange servicing, maintenance, and road tax as instructed.
• Maintain integrity, trustworthiness, discretion, and professionalism.
• Assist with ad-hoc company tasks when required.

To provide safe, reliable, punctual, and professional driving services to the Director, while ensuring the assigned vehicle is properly maintained and ready for use at all times. The Personal Driver is expected to maintain a high level of confidentiality, trustworthiness, professionalism, discretion, and flexibility when handling the Director's business and personal transportation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the Director safely and professionally to business meetings, appointments, events, airports, hotels, restaurants, and other destinations as instructed.
• Ensure the Director arrives at all appointments punctually and safely.
• Ensure the Director's assigned vehicle is clean, comfortable, fuelled, and in good working condition at all times.
• Conduct regular checks on tyres, fuel, engine oil, coolant, lights, brakes, and other basic vehicle conditions.
• Arrange servicing, maintenance, repairs, inspection, insurance, and road tax renewal as instructed.
• Maintain a high level of integrity and trustworthiness at all times.
• To assist the company on any ad-hoc tasks if required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence and GDL license.
• Minimum 1* year of experience as a Personal Driver, Executive Driver, Company Driver, or similar role*.
• Experience driving luxury cars such as Mercedes, Aplhard, Velfire.
• Able to communicate politely and professionally.
• Must be trustworthy, punctual, responsible, discreet, and well-mannered.
• Willing to work flexible hours and perform reasonable errands as required.

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday - 9.00AM to 6.00PM
• Saturday and Sunday - Off day unless required to assist Director, shall be given OT
