Job summary

Swaslink Resources Sdn Bhd is seeking a reliable Personal Driver to provide safe, punctual transportation for a private family in Kajang and the Klang Valley. The ideal candidate will be familiar with local roads, maintain good driving habits, and adapt to a flexible schedule based on the family’s daily needs.

This full-time role involves planning routes, assisting with errands, keeping the vehicle clean, coordinating maintenance, and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Valid Malaysian driving licence with a clean record.
• Prior experience as Personal Driver / Family Driver / Company Driver preferred.
• Familiar with Kajang, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Klang Valley.
• Confident with navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze).
• Punctual, responsible, trustworthy and well-mannered.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect the family's privacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation for family members to and from designated locations.
• Plan suitable routes to ensure timely arrival and minimise delays.
• Assist with daily errands, including picking up groceries, parcels, documents or other items when required.
• Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, tidy and in good condition at all times.
• Monitor basic vehicle condition and arrange servicing, maintenance and cleaning when required.
• Promptly report any vehicle defects, accidents, summonses or other incidents.
• Comply with all Malaysian road traffic laws and practise safe driving at all times.
• Maintain professionalism, discretion and confidentiality regarding the family’s personal matters and schedule.
• Perform other reasonable driving or related duties as required.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, responsible and experienced Personal Driver to provide safe and punctual transportation for a private family.

The ideal candidate is a careful and courteous driver who is familiar with roads around Klang Valley, maintains good driving habits, and is comfortable working with a flexible schedule based on the family’s daily requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation for family members to and from designated locations.
• Plan suitable routes to ensure timely arrival and minimise unnecessary delays.
• Assist with daily errands, including picking up groceries, parcels, documents or other items when required.
• Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, tidy and in good condition at all times.
• Monitor basic vehicle condition and arrange or coordinate servicing, maintenance and cleaning when required.
• Promptly report any vehicle defects, accidents, summonses or other incidents.
• Comply with all Malaysian road traffic laws and practise safe driving at all times.
• Maintain professionalism, discretion and confidentiality regarding the family’s personal matters and schedule.
• Perform other reasonable driving or related duties as required.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence with a good driving record.
• Prior experience as a Personal Driver / Family Driver / Company Driver is preferred.
• Familiar with roads and routes within Kajang, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and the wider Klang Valley.
• Able to use navigation applications such as Waze or Google Maps confidently.
• Punctual, responsible, trustworthy and well-mannered.
• Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and respect the family's privacy.
• Willing to work flexible hours depending on the family’s schedule.
• Able to work Monday to Saturday, with Sunday as the designated rest day.
• Able to start earlier or finish later when required with reasonable notice.

Working Hours

6 days per week: Monday to Saturday

Normal start time: 9:00 AM (Working hours may vary depending on the family’s schedule)

Candidates should be comfortable with reasonable flexibility in start and finishing times.
