Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a retail associate to support daily store operations and achieve sales targets. You will provide friendly customer service, upsell suitable products, and ensure stock and displays are well-maintained.

Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided. Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred, and shifts including weekends/public holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
