Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, providing comprehensive administrative and operational support. You will manage schedules, travel, and confidential records, while coordinating property-related affairs and finance analytics.

Provide full-spectrum administrative and operational support to the Managing Director's office.
Manage schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, and daily coordination of activities.
Handle confidential documents and ensure proper filing and record management.
Oversee the Managing Director's property portfolio.
Review tenancy agreements, coordinate handovers, and manage vacant possession processes.
Monitor rental collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
Track maintenance issues, expenses, and ensure proper documentation for tax submission.
Manage property-related banking matters, including loans and payments.
Manage private company matters including incorporation, changes in directorship, shareholding, and bank signatories.
Handle company banking matters and maintain proper records of agreements and statutory documents.
Liaise with external parties such as company secretaries, auditors, and bankers.
Oversee the Managing Director's personal banking matters, including transactions, payments, and account monitoring.
Assist in tracking personal investments, cash flow, and financial commitments.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business and investment decisions.
Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations on financial performance, expenses, and investment returns.
Track key financial metrics across properties, businesses, and other investments.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Conduct market research on a project basis, including industry trends, competitor analysis, and economic outlook.
Evaluate new investment opportunities using financial modelling and feasibility analysis.
Prepare business cases, reports, and recommendations for the Managing Director.
Attend management meetings with the Managing Director when required.
Prepare accurate meeting minutes, action plans, and follow-up on deliverables.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
Process and manage the Managing Director's claims and reimbursements.
Maintain accurate records of expenses for reporting and audit purposes.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant with exposure to finance or analytics.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
Knowledge of corporate finance, investment analysis, or financial reporting is an added advantage.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
