Job summary

Hospital Fatimah invites applications for an experienced Operating Theatre Nursing Manager to oversee the OT, anesthesia and recovery areas, and TSSU/CSSD. You will set departmental direction, plan, and supervise nursing services to ensure safe, efficient perioperative care.

Post Basic certificate in Perioperative Nursing or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree in nursing related to healthcare.
Minimum 5 years operating theatre experience as Nursing Manager.

Responsibilities

Set departmental direction and goals for operating theatre, anesthesia & recovery.
Lead planning, process management, and supervision of nursing services.
Support the Quality Management System to continually deliver quality care.
