The Operating Theatre Nursing Manager is responsible to set departmental direction and goals that are demonstrated through administration and supervision of nursing service which encompasses the areas of operating theatre, anesthesia & recovery room and TSSU / CSSD.
The OT Nursing Manager is requiring setting expectations, develops, plans and manage processes to assess and improve on the professional management through clinical, educational and support activities.
The OT Nursing Manager will be in support of the Quality Management System and endeavor to continually give quality services.
REQUIREMENTS
Registered Nurse with a current practicing certificate from the Nursing Board of Malaysia.
Post Basic certificate in Perioperative Nursing or its equivalent.
Bachelor's degree in nursing related to healthcare.
Minimum 5 years of Operating Theatre working experience as a Nursing Manager.
