Responsibilities

• Provide effective clinical, operational and administrative leadership for the Operation Theatre Nursing Unit.
• Direct supervision and coordination of activities in the unit in line with Nursing Services policies.
• Collaborate with consultants/doctors and other departments to ensure patient care quality.
• Coordinate with anaesthetists on operation schedules and staffing.
• Monitor and drive quality assurance, infection control, and fire/safety programmes.
