Job summary

Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd is seeking a data analytics professional focused on Power BI and sales analytics to improve performance across outlets. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, model stewardship, and delivering insights that drive efficiency and growth within a dynamic telecommunications environment.

The candidate will own and enhance Sales Power BI data models, partnering with business units to align reporting with strategic goals and ensure accuracy of metrics used for decision

Qualifications

• Experience with BI reporting and analytics.
• Ability to identify gaps through performance monitoring and translate to action.

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps and opportunities through performance monitoring, and lead toward actionable plans for value creation, performance uplift and operational efficiency improvement
• Drive improvements on outlet productivity through effective performance review / tracking
• Identify new data dimension and strategic lead indicators requirement based on new and evolving business requirements
• Custodian on Sales Power BI data models , ensuring that the use and application of the data within the key Sales Power BI data models fit the business needs and application to ensure consistent data analysis and insights.

• Identify gaps and opportunities through performance monitoring, and lead toward actionable plans for value creation, performance uplift and operational efficiency improvement
