Job summary

BD Malaysia seeks a Head of HR to lead HR strategy for Malaysia, Thailand & Vietnam. You will shape capability, succession and engagement across the region, partnering with senior leaders to drive growth and transformation.

This senior role requires deep HR expertise in multinational settings, with emphasis on organizational design, change management, and metrics-driven decision making to support BD’s healthcare mission.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR business partner in multinational settings, preferably GBS or commercial.
• Proven ability to lead organizational change and operating model design.
• Strong analytical, planning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR leadership to leaders and teams in Malaysia, Thailand & Vietnam.
• Lead workforce planning, organization design and engagement initiatives.
• Support leadership development and career planning for senior roles.
• Drive transformation and continuous improvement through program delivery.
• Develop team effectiveness and change management strategies.
