Intrepid Asia is seeking a People Ops Specialist to manage day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, payroll, and engagement under the Regional People Operations Lead. You will support staff movements, maintain HRIS records, and help drive local HR initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in HR, a degree in HR or social sciences, and proficiency in MS Office 365 and Google Suite. A collaborative, proactive mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR operations or a similar role.
• Degree in Human Resources or Social Sciences.
• Proficient in MS Office 365 and Google Suite; familiarity with HRIS is a plus.
• Knowledge of employment laws (e.g., Labour Code, OSH) is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Handle onboarding, offboarding, and employee movement administration.
• Support payroll processes and timekeeping reporting.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS with accuracy.
• Assist in implementing local and regional HR projects and processes.
• Contribute to employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.
