Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding of new hires, ensuring a smooth start and alignment with company values.

You will facilitate new hire orientation, coordinate Training Needs Analysis and training programs, handle payroll processing, HRIS implementation, and employee inquiries to sustain engagement and compliance with Employment Act 1955.

Qualifications

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of new hires.
• Facilitate new hire orientation programs to ensure employees understand company values, policies, culture, and expectations.
• Coordinate training programs, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA), scheduling, and tracking.
• Address employee inquiries and concerns to maintain morale, engagement, and retention.
• Drive employee engagement and recognition initiatives to foster collaboration.
• Draft, update, and enforce HR policies, memos, circulars, and notices for clarity and compliance.
• Support HR administrative functions including payroll processing and HRIS implementation.

Responsibilities
