• Experience partnering with managers on people initiatives.
• Ability to drive workforce planning and engagement programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Retail leaders to translate priorities into people actions.
• Provide proactive P&C advice on manpower, performance and engagement.
• Identify people risks and opportunities and suggest interventions.
• Build strong relationships with Retail leaders and employees.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for Retail and Corporate roles.
• Monitor recruitment pipelines and hiring timelines.
• Support onboarding and workforce movements for a positive experience.
• Advise on employee relations and disciplinary matters.
• Coach managers on performance concerns and improvements.
• Strengthen engagement and retention initiatives for MY region.
