Job summary

Love, Bonito is looking for an Assistant People & Culture Manager, Retail to support Malaysia and Singapore teams and drive people priorities across the employee lifecycle. You will own end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management and engagement initiatives, reporting to the Retail Business Partner Lead and shaping a people-first culture across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in HR focusing on talent acquisition.
• Experience partnering with managers on performance, engagement and workforce needs.
• Exposure to multi-country or multi-site environments is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Retail leaders on manpower planning and hiring priorities.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for Retail and Corporate roles.
• Advise on employee relations, performance and disciplinary matters.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives across Malaysia & Singapore.
• Ensure governance, compliance and accurate HR processes.
