Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years in Talent Acquisition or HR Operations.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for all sales positions and build talent pipelines.
• Screen candidates, conduct assessments, and source qualified applicants.
• Analyze performance trends and prepare sales scorecards for review.
• Support onboarding, contracts, background checks, and HRIS records.
• Coordinate offboarding and generate HR reports like headcount and turnover.

We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented People Business Partner to support the growth and performance of our sales organization. In this role, you will partner closely with the People & Culture team and Country Manager to drive end-to-end sales recruitment, support sales performance through data-driven insights, and ensure smooth people operations across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities:

A. Sales Recruitment (60%)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for all sales positions.
• Proactively source and attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct candidate screening and initial assessments.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring sales hiring needs.
• Assist in tracking and monitoring sales performance.
• Prepare individual sales scorecards for Business Manager review.
• Analyze performance trends and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate relevant resources to support performance improvement initiatives.

C. People Operations (10%)

• Manage the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters and employment contracts, collecting onboarding documents, and initiating background checks.
• Coordinate offboarding activities, including resignation processing, exit interviews, and system access revocation.
• Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS.
• Generate and maintain HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and recruitment metrics.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Operations.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
• Able to speak English
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
