You will manage channel partners and direct accounts, build strong customer relationships around delivery, pricing and terms, and pursue new opportunities while aligning with ABB's strategy.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years front-end sales experience in industrial, electrical, or automation sectors.
• Experience managing channel partners and direct accounts.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• English proficiency with additional languages valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end sales for Electrification Smart Buildings in Penang and northern Malaysia.
• Build and maintain relationships on delivery timelines, pricing, payment terms, and conditions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region.
• Manage sales administration and support cash collection.
• Leverage local market knowledge to expand customer base.
