Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum of five years of direct PCB design experience.
• Experience with HDI, high-speed interfaces (DDRx, PCIe, LVDS) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced PCB design and layout for high-density boards including HDI.
• Manage constraints for high-speed interfaces to ensure SI/PI integrity.
• Optimize component placement for signal integrity, thermal performance and EMI/EMC.
• Develop designs for rigid, flex, and rigid-flex boards.
• Collaborate with electrical and mechanical teams to resolve design issues.
