Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years hands-on PCB layout experience in professional product development.
• Proficient in Cadence Allegro PCB Designer and Constraint Manager.
• Multilayer PCB design and routing methodologies.
• Differential pair routing and timing; length matching and delay tuning.
• Signal integrity and power integrity principles; PDN design.
• DFM, DFA, DFT knowledge; familiarity with manufacturing deliverables.
• Experience with 3D STEP models for mechanical integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Design complex multi-layer PCB layouts using Cadence Allegro PCB Designer.
• Perform component placement considering signal flow, thermal, mechanical constraints.
• Execute high-density routing with controlled impedance lines.
• Define and optimize PCB stack‑up and impedance calculations.
• Collaborate on high-speed interfaces and RF/analog circuits.
• Maintain design constraints using Allegro Constraint Manager.
• Create and manage ECAD libraries with footprints/symbols.
• Coordinate with mechanical and manufacturing teams for DFM/ DFA.
