Job summary

MG Group, a leading B2B hospitality marketplace, is expanding and seeks a Contracting Manager Malaysia to join our team in Penang. You will act as the main contact for accommodation suppliers, negotiate contracting terms, and manage renewals and supplier growth.

This role requires at least 2 years in travel contracting, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in contracting or travel industry.
• Based in Penang with ability to work independently.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Well-organized and capable of handling multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for accommodation suppliers.
• Negotiate contracting conditions and manage contract renewals.
• Expand supplier portfolio and acquire new partners.
• Drive campaigns and improve allotment availability.
• Ensure hotel content is up to date.
• Analyze trends and growth opportunities.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews with accommodation partners.
• Compare rates and stay ahead of the competition.
