Job summary

MG Group, a leading B2B hospitality marketplace, is expanding and seeks a Contracting Manager Malaysia to join our team in Penang. You will act as the main contact for accommodation suppliers, negotiate contracting terms, and manage renewals and supplier growth.

This role requires at least 2 years in travel contracting, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in contracting or travel industry.
• Based in Penang with ability to work independently.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Well-organized and capable of handling multiple projects.

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For:

Location: Based in Penang

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the travel industry.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Well-organized and capable of managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Proficient in Google Workspace and other relevant computer applications.

Strong cultural awareness and knowledge.
