Michael Page is seeking a senior regional sales leader for the Northern region in Malaysia’s FMCG sector. You will develop and execute strategies, lead a high-performing sales team, and cultivate relationships with distributors and key clients to drive growth.

You will analyse market dynamics, monitor performance, and provide regular reports to senior management, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, efficient sales operations.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing a regional sales team.
• Strong track record in achieving regional sales targets in FMCG.
