Job summary

Career International FOS Pte Ltd seeks a Malaysia branch General Manager (3PL for electronics/semiconductor) to establish and run a new logistics operation in Penang from the ground up.

You will recruit local teams, ensure regulatory compliance, build warehousing and last-mile capacity, and coordinate with Shenzhen HQ to optimize China–Malaysia transport links and serve Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in the logistics industry.
• At least 4 years of team management experience.
• Proficient in Chinese and English as working languages.
• Bachelor's degree or above from a regular university.

Responsibilities

• Oversee local corporate compliance for taxation and labor regulations.
• Recruit and build local teams across operations, sales and customer service.
• Develop local warehousing and last-mile delivery capacity.
• Manage cross-border logistics with China and Southeast Asia.
• Coordinate cross-border transport lanes and suppliers.
