Job summary

Elite MediCare Clinic in Iskandar Puteri, Johor is seeking a Medical Clinic Assistant to join our team. You will handle patient registration, appointments, calls, and payments, and assist doctors and patients during consultations and basic clinical procedures.

The role requires good English and Malay, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment with rotational shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed. Prior clinic or customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Able to communicate well in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are an advantage.
• Positive attitude, responsible, honest and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends and overtime when required.
• Candidates with clinic, healthcare or customer service experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient registration, appointments, phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries and payments.
• Assist doctors and patients during consultations and basic clinical procedures.
• Assist with medication preparation, dispensing and stock management.
• Perform basic nursing/clinical support duties as trained.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and hygiene standards within the clinic.
• Assist with daily clinic operations and other duties assigned by the management.
