Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Assembly & Test manufacturing processes.
• Experience in manufacturing transfer, qualification, validation, or Copy Exact methods.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving using manufacturing data.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional and global initiatives.
• Effective communication, facilitation, and collaborator management.

Responsibilities

• Lead rollout of Frontline Stability Program initiatives across HBM and Non-HBM lines.
• Manage governance like FEAT, EFM, and CESG frameworks.
• Establish benchmarks and monitoring for stability, equipment health, and quality.
• Collaborate with Site Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to close issues per governance.
• Develop governance dashboards and executive status reports.
• Lead cross-functional governance reviews and issue resolution.
