You will own material management, CTB readiness, quarterly build plans, and CM performance, collaborating across global teams to optimize inventory and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining cost discipline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Materials Management.
• Proficiency with planning/ERP systems (Kinaxis, SAP, Oracle or equivalent).
• Strong CM management skills with proven ability to drive performance and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end material management and CTB readiness with CM.
• Ensure on-time PCBA delivery to direct fulfilment sites.
• Drive quarterly build plans and optimize inventory and supply commitments.
• Escalate gating components and collaborate with cross-functional teams for allocation during shortages.
• Drive CM performance against key metrics and maintain CTB visibility.
• Support ECO management and product transfers to sustain supply continuity.
