Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Supply Project Manager in Penang to oversee end-to-end PCBA supply operations with contract manufacturers. You will drive material shortage management, CTB readiness, and on-time delivery to direct fulfilment sites while engaging with CM, Inventory, PPF, GHub, and CSP teams to optimize capacity and inventory.

Qualifications

8–10 years of experience in Materials Management.
Working knowledge of planning/ERP systems such as Kinaxis, SAP, Oracle.
Strong CM management skills with demonstrated collaboration.
Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
Effective communication across global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end PCBA supply operations with Contract Manufacturers.
Drive material shortage management, CTB readiness, and on-time delivery to direct fulfilment sites.
Manage quarterly build plans and CM performance against key metrics.
Collaborate across CM, Inventory, PPF, CSP, and GHub to balance capacity and optimize inventory.
Lead ECO management, product transfers, and CM audits to ensure supply continuity.
