Job summary

Cisco Systems in Malaysia is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Supply Project Manager to oversee end-to-end PCBA supply operations with Contract Manufacturers. You will own and drive material continuity to meet global demand while achieving KPIs, leveraging CM engagement and planning expertise.

This role requires extensive materials management experience, CM oversight, and a strong drive for process improvements to ensure CTB readiness, on-time deliveries, and cost-effective operations across

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Materials Management.
• Working knowledge with planning/ERP systems, including Kinaxis, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong Contract Manufacturer (CM) management skills, with proven ability to drive performance and collaboration.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across global regions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end PCBA supply operations with Contract Manufacturers.
• Drive material shortage management, CTB readiness, and on-time PCBA delivery to direct fulfilment sites.
• Accountable for quarterly build plan and meeting target build performance across product families.
• Drive CM performance against key metrics and optimize inventory with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with CM and internal teams to right-size capacity and manage ECOs and product transfers.
