Job summary

Cisco Systems is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Supply Project Manager in Malaysia to lead procurement, materials management, and partner interactions across global manufacturing operations. The role emphasizes buying and selling of components, PO management, inventory control, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

The position requires 6–8 years in supply chain, strong procurement experience, and familiarity with Oracle or Kinaxis.

Qualifications

6–8 years of Supply Chain experience, preferably in Technology industry.
Must have Procurement, Materials and Partner (Supplier, Customer) management experience.
Working knowledge of Oracle, Kinaxis or other planning/ERP systems.
Good problem solving and analytical skills.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Buying: create PO, manage shipments, resolve AP issues, handle RTVs, review inventory projections, troubleshoot with IT/Central teams.
Selling: process SOs, allocate inventory to CMs, upload SOs in portal, ensure timely billing, manage AR, handle RMAs and replacements, resolve shipping terms and logistics issues.
Inventory: perform reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy on Cisco books, resolve EDI/B2B messages and collaborate on system/process enhancements.
