Job summary

LINKWING CLOUD TECH MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a proactive engineer to manage PCBA product introduction projects and maintain a strong understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes.

You will coordinate documentation and ensure timely communication across internal departments, including organizing project kickoff meetings. You will oversee project progress and timelines, facilitating cross-functional communication to ensure successful execution and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above; relevant PCBA experience preferred.
• Familiarity with PCBA manufacturing processes and production operations preferred.
• Bilingual Chinese and English is an advantage; fresh graduates considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage PCBA product introduction projects and understand PCBA manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate receipt and distribution of product information; organize kickoff meetings.
• Oversee progress, ensure on-time delivery through cross-functional coordination.
• Organize trial production reviews and transition from trial production to mass production.
