Job summary

TTM Technologies Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is recruiting a Process Quality Engineer (fresh graduates welcome) in Penang to audit and supervise production, support QA across materials, equipment, and processes, and drive corrective actions.

You will conduct root cause analyses, participate in system audits and DoE trials, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure defect reduction and compliant processes. Fresh graduates with engineering or quality backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Quality/Industrial Engineering background required.
• Diploma holders may be considered with 3–5 years of quality experience.
• Hands-on quality audit, SPC, 8D, FMEA and customer complaint handling.
• Familiarity with IPC standards and QA management tools is essential.

Responsibilities

• Audit and supervise production, repair, maintenance, setup and process control activities.
• Prepare process audit checklists and daily audit reports; issue CARs and drive improvements.
• Lead root cause investigations of quality incidents and propose corrective actions.
• Support supplier quality audits and validate new materials, equipment and DoE trials.
• Participate in meetings on process abnormalities, customer complaints and quality incidents.
• Determine defective scope and enforce disposition actions (On-Hold, Scrap, Rework, UAI).
• Initiate production line or equipment stoppages for serious quality risks.
• Assist management in conducting quality meetings and monitor effectiveness of actions.
