Job summary

TTM Technologies Malaysia in Penang Science Park is expanding and seeks passionate candidates to join our manufacturing team as equipment operators. The role involves supporting day-to-day production activities and ensuring smooth process flow in PCB manufacturing.

You should be willing to work in rotation shifts, hold at least SPM or equivalent, and have 2 years of PCB industry experience. Self-motivated, highly organized, and ready to work onsite at our Penang facility.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work in Penang Science Park.
• Able to work in rotation shift.
• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Self-motivated and highly organized.
• At least 2 years of experience in PCB manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Assist leader in coordinating day to day manufacturing operations within the individual process and department.
• Perform makeup, preventive maintenance, start-up and shutdown activities.
• Calibrate specific equipment and instruments on schedule.
• Adjust chemical concentration and ensure compliance with SPC rules.
• Record equipment related checklists and troubleshoot abnormalities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
