Job summary

Qualifications

• Assemble product component parts according to work instructions, technical drawings, or established SOP.
• Read and thoroughly understand product specifications and assembly sequences.
• Solder electronic components onto PCBs according to standards and work drawings.
• Inspect soldering results for defects such as cold joints or shorts.
• Record soldering results and report to supervisor or QC.
• Ensure products comply with quality specifications.
• Notify supervisors if recurring defects occur.
• Keep the work area clean, tidy and safe.

• Prepare soldering equipment, solder wire, flux and tools in good condition.
• Operate on a fast-paced PCB assembly line with a strong focus on quality.
