Job summary

VIVAX METROTECH SDN. BHD.

in Penang seeks an Electronics Assembler to support daily production by assembling, testing, troubleshooting and maintaining products and equipment to ensure quality, efficiency and safety. You will follow work instructions and SOPs, perform 100% PCBA-level inspection and program flashing, carry out calibration with designated rigs, and execute scheduled line and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or electronics assembly.
Familiarity with PCBA inspection and program flashing procedures.
Ability to read technical documentation.

Responsibilities

Perform assembly, setup, and operation of manufacturing equipment and tools
Follow work instructions, SOPs, and quality standards accurately
Perform 100% PCBA-level inspection and execute program flashing using computers for both base and application programs
Carry out calibration of semi-finished materials or finished goods using designated calibration rigs
Execute scheduled line and equipment maintenance, adhering to preventive maintenance plans and safety standards
Conduct basic testing, inspection, and measurement of products
Troubleshoot minor production or equipment issues and report abnormalities
Carry out preventive maintenance and housekeeping (5S) activities
Record production data, defects, and process deviations accurately
