Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in Malaysia payroll processing.
• Knowledge in payroll software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Inputs all client data in the format required by software.
• Processes deliverables as per SLA with the client.
• Ensure error-free delivery and adherence to policies.
• Prepare payroll-related reports on time and execute them.
• Prepare handover documents for the service team.
• Respond to queries raised by client employees.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of information at all times.
