Join Write Edge as an HR Specialist responsible for payroll processing, HR administration, and performance management. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration, along with at least 3 years of payroll experience. From talent acquisition and development to employee engagement and performance management, our team works closely with the different teams in Write Edge to reach its goals in the Singapore market.
Responsibilities:
A successful candidate will be expected to work independently and collaborate closely with the HR manager and leadership team to execute various tasks.
Payroll:
Responsible for the full spectrum of payroll processing and payroll administration.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for salary computation, including but not limit to commission payment, overtime verification, allowances, bonuses, entitlements, claims and all pay-related items.
Ensure timely, efficient, accurate and high-quality execution of payroll processes.
Handle and resolve queries on payroll matters and disputes.
HR Administration:
Maintain up-to-date staff records, including personal information and employment details.
Performance Management and Appraisal Execution:
Support in performance management process
Support leadership development through administration of 360 assessment &
feedback tools
Support in 360 assessment & feedback tools and employee engagement survey
Analyse employee engagement data to identify areas of improvement
HR Policy Development and Compliance:
Develop and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Payroll specialist
Good knowledge in Employmentand Income Tax Act
Exhibit strong understanding of local laws and compliance standards
Demonstrate a proven track record in effectively handling employee relations
Proficient in Google Applications and tech-savvy
