Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Payroll specialist.
  • Good knowledge in Employment and Income Tax Act.
  • Exhibit strong understanding of local laws and compliance standards.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in effectively handling employee relations.
  • Strong administrative skills and stakeholder management ability.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of payroll processing and payroll administration.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for salary computation, including commission payment, overtime verification, allowances, bonuses, entitlements, claims, and all pay-related items.
  • Ensure timely, efficient, accurate, and high-quality execution of payroll processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date staff records, including personal information and employment details.
  • Support in performance management process and leadership development through administration of 360 assessment & feedback tools.

Responsibilities:

A successful candidate will be expected to work independently and collaborate closely with the HR manager and leadership team to execute various tasks.

Payroll:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of payroll processing and payroll administration.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for salary computation, including but not limit to commission payment, overtime verification, allowances, bonuses, entitlements, claims and all pay-related items.

  • Ensure timely, efficient, accurate and high-quality execution of payroll processes.

  • Handle and resolve queries on payroll matters and disputes.

  • Manage Time Attendance, Leave and Pay modules of the HR system.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain up-to-date staff records, including personal information and employment details.

  • Ensure compliance with country-specific labor laws and regulations regarding employee compensation and benefits.

Performance Management and Appraisal Execution:

  • Support in performance management process

  • Support leadership development through administration of 360 assessment &

    feedback tools

  • Support in 360 assessment & feedback tools and employee engagement survey

  • Analyse employee engagement data to identify areas of improvement

HR Policy Development and Compliance:

  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and best practices.

  • Ensure company compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Payroll specialist

  • Good knowledge in Employmentand Income Tax Act

  • Exhibit strong understanding of local laws and compliance standards

  • Demonstrate a proven track record in effectively handling employee relations

  • Proficient in Google Applications and tech-savvy

  • Display a high degree of responsiveness to HR-related needs
  • Strong administrative skills and stakeholder management ability
