Job summary

Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur is seeking an HR Officer to provide high-quality administrative support to customers and assist the Director of Human Resources with payroll operations. The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and strong communication within a hospitality environment.

Ideal candidates hold HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism qualifications and have experience in payroll systems, with proficiency in MS Office. Malaysia citizen or PR is preferred due to work permit rules.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience as HR assistant in larger operation.
• Well-developed computer knowledge, particularly in the use of Orisoft (Payroll) and MS Office.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent and consistent level of administrative support to customers.
• Assist the Director of Human Resources in the efficient running of the payroll section in the HR Department.
