Job summary

Links International is seeking a payroll professional to provide our award-winning payroll service to clients and maintain ongoing client relationships. You will perform end-to-end payroll processing and related HR services, ensuring accurate calculations for salaries, pension, and leaves.

Liaise with authorities, prepare HR reports, and maintain payroll data in the system. You will support regional teams and participate in client meetings.

Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll processing experience, including Australia payroll.
• Experience in payroll outsourcing or shared services is advantageous.
• Ability to manage high-volume payroll processing in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide our payroll service to clients and maintain client relationships.
• Perform end-to-end payroll processing and related HR services.
• Handle payroll calculations (salary, pension, leave, commissions, etc.).
• Liaise with authorities and service providers on payroll matters.
• Prepare HR reports such as headcount, pay summaries, and cost allocations.
• Maintain up-to-date payroll data in the Payroll System.
• Participate in client meetings and advise on HR issues and labour laws.
• Support regional payroll teams with operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide our award-winning payroll service to clients and maintain client relationship on regular basis
• Perform end-to-end payroll processing and provide related HR services to clients
• Responsible for clients' payroll calculation (e.g., salaries, pension, leave, commission, and other compensation calculations)
• Liaise with local authorities and service providers in relation to pension, social insurance, tax and other statutory matters
• Prepare HR reports for clients such as movement, headcount, pay summary, cost centre allocation and payroll breakdown reports
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate payroll data and staff information in the Payroll System
• Participate clients meeting and provide professional advices on HR issues relate to labour laws and employment act
• Provide operational and administrative support to regional payroll teams

Requirements:

• Solid experience in end-to-end payroll processing for Australia payroll
• Experience working in payroll outsourcing companies or shared services will be advantageous
• Able to manage high volume payroll processing in a fast paced environment
• Must be good in Microsoft Excel, HRIS and sensitive to numbers
• Action-orientated, detail minded and organised
• Fluent in spoken English. Foreign language will be advantageous
