Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Managing Consultant (Project Leader) in Services Business Development to commercialise innovation-led and tech-implementation solutions. You will work with Account teams, Delivery, Product and Technology to shape and sell complex engagements, without owning delivery.

The role emphasizes delivery literacy, client relationships and credible scoping to drive scalable, value-adding programs for Mastercard and its clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 8–10 years in payments, financial services or consulting.
• Proven revenue growth and client-facing experience.
• Experience with platform integrations, wallets, gateways, or tokenisation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales and revenue for the revenue stream, including pipeline generation and targets.
• Identify services opportunities from client delivery needs and innovation initiatives.
• Partner with Account Managers and Delivery teams to convert pain points into opportunities.
• Drive client discussions, pitches and proposals with strong implementation understanding.
• Measure success by sales performance and expansion of projects.
