Job summary

Mastercard Services Business Development (Innovation) seeks a Managing Consultant to commercialise innovation-led solutions. You will work with Account teams, Customer Delivery, Product and Tech to shape opportunities, position scope, and sell complex engagements.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
8–10 years of professional experience in payments, financial institutions or consulting.
Experience in business development, commercial or client-facing roles.
Proven track record in driving and exceeding revenue targets.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end sales and revenue for the revenue stream, including pipeline generation and conversions.
Identify services opportunities from client delivery needs and innovative initiatives in payments.
Partner with account managers and delivery teams to translate requirements into opportunities.
Drive client discussions, pitches and proposals with strong understanding of implementation.
Contribute to expansion of implementation-led and innovation-led projects within Mastercard.
