Job summary

SavePro Digital Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Payments & Data Verification specialist in Kuala Lumpur to ensure accuracy across invoices, purchase orders and delivery orders. You will match documents to prevent duplicate or erroneous payments and support month-end closing.

You will handle bank reconciliations, vendor statements and payment gateway settlements, investigate discrepancies, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and maintain audit trails in line with internal

• Invoice & Data Verification: Match incoming invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders to prevent duplicate or erroneous payments.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile monthly bank statements, vendor statements, and payment gateway settlement reports.
• Dispute & Exception Handling: Investigate payment discrepancies, chargebacks, failed transactions, and coordinate with vendors or internal teams to resolve issues.
• Compliance & Record Keeping: Maintain systematic digital and physical audit trails, enforce internal financial controls, and assist with month-end closing activities.
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with suppliers, internal departments, and banking partners regarding payment statuses and inquiries
