Job summary

DKSH Malaysia is seeking a Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for patient solutions, enabling patients to access and manage health data and care plans.

You will work with business users and markets to validate opportunities, write clear user stories, and drive product launches with a data-driven approach. Strong Agile experience and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering or Computer Science.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in process improvement or digital transformation.
• Proven portfolio of completed projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead product vision, strategy and roadmap for patient solutions programs.
• Define clear, measurable objectives and success criteria.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria and product specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver high-quality products.
• Prioritize backlog and manage roadmaps balancing value, impact and feasibility.
• Coordinate product launches including go-to-market planning and campaigns.
• Analyze product performance and user feedback to drive iterations.
• Act as product evangelist to build awareness and adoption.
