You will greet patients, manage registrations and appointments, assist clinicians during consultations, maintain confidential records, prepare examination rooms, and help with inventory.

Qualifications

• Secondary education completed; healthcare qualifications advantageous.
• Experience in a clinical/healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in, verify information and insurance details.
• Register patients and maintain confidential records.
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar.
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure sterile equipment.
• Assist clinicians during consultations and minor procedures.
• Provide basic admin support and handle calls.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness per infection control standards.
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
