Job summary

LS Medical Group in Petaling Jaya is seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant to join its LS Aesthetic Clinic team. You will greet patients, manage the reception, and support both clinical and administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication, and the ability to work with clinic management software. Fluent English and Malay are preferred, with a compassionate approach to patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
• Experience in healthcare, clinical, or customer-facing roles is desirable.
• Excellent communication and professional interaction with patients.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with clinic management software.
• Compassionate, empathetic care and reliable team member.
• Fluent in English and Malay; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and managing the reception area to ensure a warm and organised welcome
• Scheduling and confirming patient appointments, maintaining accurate records in our clinic management system
• Assisting with patient registration and updating personal medical information
• Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are stocked and sanitised
• Supporting clinical staff during patient consultations and procedures as required
• Processing patient payments and managing billing inquiries in a professional manner
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all data protection and healthcare regulations
• Performing general administrative duties including filing, photocopying and data entry
• Assisting with clinic inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
• Providing basic patient education and answering general inquiries about our services
