Job summary

CARRAMAX LUXE SDN. BHD. is seeking a Logistics/Inventory Coordinator to manage storage, documentation, back-order follow-ups, and stock integrity for automotive parts.

This role supports service operations and requires careful coordination with multiple teams. The candidate should hold a Diploma in automotive/mechanical or related fields, be IT literate, proficient in Excel and office apps, and possess strong English and Malay communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in automotive/mechanical, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• IT literate
• Proficient in business & office applications
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel is a must
• Proficient in business and office applications
• Possess good written & communication skills in English and Melayu
• Must undergo training to ensure he/she able to achieve Honda high quality assurance in parts and accessories

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all storage activities to ensure parts operation performance achieving the target given by principal.
• Handle documentation and filing system
• Follow up with back order status
• Circulate information to all related members
• Assist in inventory control and storage activities such as plan service parts order, check inventory level, update records, prepare reports required by the principal and filing
• Responsible for receiving and storage operation as well as ensuring integrity of stock inventory
• Ensure parts storage maintenance, cleanliness, safety and housekeeping (5S)
• Conduct parts ordering based on Parts Ordering Tracking Sheet (POTS) and regularly update to Service Advisor upon parts arrival
