Job summary

Fook Loi Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking a diligent Parts Admin to manage parts ordering, receipt, DO preparation, and accurate inventory control in Sabah. You will work with the workshop team to ensure timely delivery, correct documentation, and a tidy 5S store room.

The role requires a responsible, organized individual with SPM qualification and experience with inventory management systems; automotive parts knowledge is a plus. Training provided to maintain stock accuracy and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• At least SPM is required.
• Experience in parts admin or automotive is an advantage.
• Able to use inventory management systems.
• Careful, responsible, and organized.

Responsibilities

• Order all required parts for Service jobs quickly and accurately.
• Follow up on orders to make sure parts arrive on time.
• Update status and inform the team about parts availability.
• Check all received parts against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Record received parts correctly in the system.
• Report and resolve any missing or damaged parts immediately.
• Prepare DOs for all outgoing parts.
• Ensure all documents are complete and match the workshop requests.
• Keep accurate records of all parts in and out of the store.
• Do regular stock checks to prevent any missing parts.
• Make sure no parts are lost or misplaced.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized parts store room at all times.
• Label and arrange parts so they are easy to find.
• Do daily checks to ensure 5S standards are followed.
