Job summary

DCH Service Sdn. Bhd. in Klang, Selangor is seeking an on-site Spare Parts Storekeeper to manage inventory and support workshop services.

The role involves organizing parts, maintaining records, processing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of automotive spare parts experience, basic computer skills (inventory systems and Excel), and is able to work well in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Preferably 1 - 2 years of experience in automotive spare parts, inventory and storekeeping.
Basic computer knowledge (inventory system / Excel).
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Must communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Manage spare parts inventory by performing regular stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
Maintain accurate stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
Organize, label, and store spare parts properly for easy identification and retrieval.
Update and maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
Prepare and issue picking lists for spare parts requested by mechanics.
Ensure proper documentation and records for parts issuance and returns.
Prepare purchase orders based on workshop requirements and inventory needs.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and follow up on outstanding orders.
Support workshop operations by preparing parts for scheduled service jobs and sourcing urgent parts when required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area while following safety procedures and 5S practices.

This Full time on site position offers great opportunities for career growth. Company Name: DCH Service Sdn. Bhd. Location: Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang, Selangor. Operation hours: 9 am to 6 pm (Monday-Friday) 9 am to 1 pm (Saturday).
