The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills, with familiarity in MS Office and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1–2 years of related experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end sales support for partnership channels, including bancassurance and other partners.
• Process submission documentation accurately and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support partnership sales team and stakeholders; address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with policy management, customer service, operations, product, and claims to facilitate seamless sales operations.
• Manage and test the sales system and platform, identify defects and drive improvements.
