Job summary

Allianz Group in Kuala Lumpur invites applications for an end-to-end sales support role within the Partnership Department (bancassurance and other partners). You will assist in processing submissions, ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance, and support the sales team through inquiry handling and post-sales service.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, has good communication and Excel skills, and is familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end sales support for Partnership Department (bancassurance and other partners).
• Assist in processing submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and providing post-sales service.
• Support the sales team and coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless partnership operations.
• Maintain and test the sales system to ensure quality and functionality, including issue reporting and resolution.
